Our emergency
assistance for landlords relieves you of having to deal
with problems that may occur at your let property. Without
this cover you would have to find tradesman to carry
out repairs which could take over two days to arrange,
leaving unhappy and unsatisfied tenants and perhaps
putting your property at risk.
The cover is a flat premium of only £60 per year
- bear in mind that if for example your plumbing needed
emergency repairs the average call out fee before any
work is undertaken is around £80.
Our Landlord's emergency assistance underwritten by
AXA covers you for the following:
Plumbing - the plumbing or drainage has failed leaving
the property at or with the risk of flooding
Electricity - the electricity supply system has either
failed or broken down
Security - The external locks windows or doors have
either failed or been damaged and the let property is
in a state of insecurity.
Lost keys - you have lost the only available key to
the let property leaving the property inaccessible.
Central Heating - the primary heating sytem for the
let property has failed. Important note - you must have
a valid CORGI gas safety certificate that can be inspected
by the approved contractor in respect of a gas boiler
or primary heating claim.
