the property is occupied as a private dwelling and not used for business purposes. there are NO shrubs over 3 metres tall within 7 metres. you have NOT been convicted of any criminal offences (excluding motoring). you or any of the interested parties have NOT had insurance declined or refused. the property is not prone to flooding and is free from signs of damage by subsidence, heave or landslip. the property is in an area free from subsidence and flooding. the property is maintained in a good state of repair and is NOT presently undergoing any renovation. you or any of the interested parties have made NO claims in the last 3 years
